Helen is an experienced therapist and has spent more than 20 years working in a wide range of health care settings. She is an Occupational Therapist (OT) and is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (a UK-wide regulator of allied health professions). Helen is also a Master Practitioner and Sports Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

   
   
     
     
     
     
     
 

Helen's background is in mental well-being where she has gained a wealth of experience, working alongside people with a range of psychological problems.
